Esta investigación fue realizada por estudiantes de Licenciatura en Pedagogía Infantil de la Universidad de los Llanos, a partir de una intervención en las zonas rurales de Apiay y Cuncia, aledañas a la ciudad de Villavicencio, en la cual los sujetos de investigación eran niñas y niños de grado cuarto y quinto de las instituciones nombradas y madres o representantes como acudientes mujeres de dichas poblaciones rurales. Este proyecto tenía como finalidad intervenir en las percepciones de igualdad de género y el respeto por los derechos humanos, buscando fortalecer el empoderamiento femenino, partir de procesos de aprendizaje y consolidación de capacidades de cada una de ellas. Para el desarrollo de la investigación fue necesario implementar 6 (seis) talleres donde se dio a conocer el empoderamiento y la igualdad de las niñas y las madres en la sociedad, teniendo en cuenta los conceptos que ellas tenían sobre éste tema antes de realizar las actividades, permitiendo un acercamiento a las realidades que vive cada mujer y niña en su cotidianidad. Al momento de lleva a cabo dichas actividades se realizó un seguimiento para observar el avance que se obtuvo en las estudiantes en cuanto a los ideales, los roles y prejuicios a los que son sometidas en los diferentes contextos, permitiendo así, efectuar un análisis detallado de cada situación presentada. Es necesario resaltar que se implementaron estrategias lúdicas y didácticas en las diferentes actividades realizadas durante el acompañamiento pedagógico tales como: La cartilla “Soy extraordinaria” y de igual forma, diálogos reflexivos, participación de cada una, respeto de opiniones y un mural referente al empoderamiento en el cual se pudo evidenciar frases alusivas al respeto e igualdad de género y un árbol en forma de mujer que se asimilaba la vida femenina y la lucha que conlleva el empoderamiento, dicho mural tenia como objetivo integrar a las niñas, los niños y las madres en un solo ambiente de igualdad. Se logró obtener como resultado una mejora significativa frente a las percepciones sociales, culturales y personales de las niñas, los niños y mujeres de las comunidades participantes en este proceso de investigación, pues se les concientizó acerca de la importancia del empoderamiento femenino y comprendieron que se deben respetar los derechos por igual, teniendo en cuenta las capacidades de cada persona, pero sin discriminar su género, ya que hombre o mujer merece el mismos respeto y calidad de vida, de participación escolar, deportiva y laboral, esto se logró a partir del desarrollo de diferentes procesos pedagógicos y actividades o talleres significativos para el bien social.

This research was carried out by students of the Bachelor's Degree in Childhood Pedagogy at the University of Los Llanos, based on an intervention in the rural areas of Apiay and Cuncia, surrounding the city of Villavicencio, in which the research subjects were girls and boys. Fourth and fifth grade of the named institutions and mothers or representatives as guardians of said rural populations. The purpose of this project was to intervene in the perceptions of gender equality and respect for human rights, seeking to strengthen female empowerment, based on learnin processes and consolidation of the capacities of each of them. For the development of the research, it was necessary to implement 6 (six) workshops where the empowerment and equality of girls and mothers in society were made known, taking into account the concepts that they had on this topic before carrying out the activities. , allowing an approach to the realities that each woman and girl lives in their daily lives. At the time of carrying out these activities, a follow-up was carried out to observe the progress that was obtained in the students in terms of the ideals, roles and prejudices to which they are subjected in the different contexts, thus allowing a detailed analysis of each situation presented. It is necessary to highlight that recreational and didactic strategies were implemented in the different activities carried out during the pedagogical accompaniment such as: The “I am extraordinary” booklet and likewise, reflective dialogues, participation of each one, respect for opinions and a mural referring to empowerment in which phrases alluding to respect and gender equality and a tree in the shape of a woman that assimilated female life and the struggle that empowerment entails could be seen. The mural's objective was to integrate girls, boys and mothers. in a single environment of equality. The result was a significant improvement in the social, cultural and personal perceptions of the girls, boys and women of the communities participating in this research process, since they were made aware of the importance of female empowerment and understood that They must respect the rights equally, taking into account the capabilities of each person, but without discriminating against their gender, since a man or a woman deserves the same respect and quality of life, school, sports and work participation, this was achieved from the development of different pedagogical processes and significant activities or workshops for social good.
