El presente trabajo tiene como propósito principal realizar un estudio para la optimización del sistema de acueducto y tratamiento del municipio de Santa Rosalía del Departamento del Vichada, que garantice el consumo de agua potable a los habitantes del casco urbano mediante una viabilidad técnica, identificando carencias en la infraestructura existente y analizando las necesidades que se presentan en la comunidad en cuanto a salud pública y ausencia del servicio, es por ello que se estructuran cuatro componentes principales estudiándolos cualitativa y cuantitativamente, estos componentes son la captación y bombeo, tratamiento y potabilización, almacenamiento y distribución, con estos componentes se pretende beneficiar a su comunidad mediante mayor disponibilidad y calidad de agua potabilizada, este proyecto tienen un enfoque de marco lógico formulado en una etapa de prefactibilidad de donde nos da como resultado una evaluación financiera, económica y social beneficiosa y viable para su inversión.

The main purpose of this work is to carry out a study for the optimization of the aqueduct and treatment system of the municipality of Santa Rosalía in the Department of Vichada, which guarantees the consumption of drinking water to the inhabitants of the urban area through technical feasibility, identifying deficiencies in the existing infrastructure and analyzing the needs that arise in the community in terms of public health and absence of service, which is why four main components are structured, studying them qualitatively and quantitatively, these components are collection and pumping, treatment and purification, storage and distribution, with these components it is intended to benefit the community through greater availability and quality of potable water, this project has a logical framework approach formulated in a prefeasibility stage which results in a beneficial financial, economic and social evaluation and viable for your investment
