But we are still with the old idea of the classroom, where a teacher teaches and some students assimilate and follow directions . The courses MOOC (Massive Open Online Course) have emerged in recent times as an aspiration to overcome old problems of education and thus get a more comprehensive education , universal, democratic and free. This informative article and research format, check MOOC taught several courses in 2013. Today the management of this company, it affirms that his company has lost positioning in the market and his organization presents symptoms of lack of belonging, motivation, cooperation between the members and leadership, which they finish for affecting the climate organizacional. The boards of this company, they feel completely worried by the lack of motivation with which his collaborators work, situation that has led to the company is employed at a tense environment because there is no cooperation between the parts and with the time the deterioration becomes worrying in the labor behavior of his collaborators. In addition there has met affected the relation of the members of the company and the lack of motivation to achieve satisfactory results. According to statistics provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Villavicencio (2010), in 2010 the largest number of commercial companies of the last three years, was established in the city, registering 632 new companies. Given the theoretical foundation of the basic components of a compensation system, we proceeded to design an instrument taking into account the components of the theory, in order to be able to establish the analysis. The instrument chosen was a survey segmented into two parts where the first population census questions were set and the second where the components are given in set theory.
