dc.description.abstractEl aumento de la población mayor es un hecho En todo el mundo los seres humanos están viviendo por más tiempo, entre el 2015 y 2050, se estima que el porcentaje de los habitantes mayores se duplicara. Es necesario conocer que el envejecimiento trae consigo un deterioro en todos los sistemas del cuerpo humano por ende su calidad de vida empieza a ser precaria y su grado de independencia es menor. Por ello la propuesta del trabajo es a partir de una serie de ejercicios cognitivos y motores poder favorecer la cognición y el nivel de la marcha en los adultos mayores. Se obtuvo como resultado un total de 324 ejercicios divididos en 3 pilares, cognición, motor - motor, y motor cognitivo. Y finalmente se logra concluir que a partir de la búsqueda sistematizada la implementación de ejercicios cognitivos y ejercicios motores si contribuyen al mejoramiento tanto de la cognición como de la locomoción es posible que estos ejercicios propuestos puedan aportar efectos positivos a la población elegida.spa
dc.description.abstractThe increase in the elderly population is a fact Throughout the world, human beings are living longer, between 2015 and 2050, it is estimated that the percentage of elderly inhabitants will double. It is necessary to know that aging brings with it a deterioration in all systems of the human body, therefore their quality of life begins to be precarious and their degree of independence is lower. Therefore, the proposal of the work is based on a series of cognitive and motor exercises to promote cognition and the level of walking in older adults. The result was a total of 324 exercises divided into 3 pillars, cognition, motor - motor, and cognitive motor.
