dc.description.abstractRecientemente, el estudio de las relaciones comerciales desde el paradigma del marketing relacional ha tenido acogida en los agronegocios, pues busca comprender la importancia de las relaciones comerciales entre productor y proveedor. Así, el propósito de este artículo fue caracterizar el comportamiento de las distintas dimensiones de la calidad a partir de la relación comercial y sus variables. La metodología tuvo un enfoque descriptivo de tipo concluyente, con enfoque funcionalista. Para ello, se realizó una revisión documental general del sector del café en el departamento del Meta, junto con 41 encuestas a productores y 3 entrevistas a coordinadores de cadena. Los hallazgos se capitalizaron en la calidad, la innovación y la coinnovación entre productores de café y proveedores.spa
dc.description.abstractRecently, the study of commercial relations from the relational marketing paradigm has been embraced in agribusiness as it seeks to understand the importance of commercial relations between producer and supplier. Thus, the purpose of this article was to characterize the behavior of the different dimensions of quality from the commercial relationship and its variables. The methodology had a descriptive approach of a conclusive type, with a functionalist approach. To achieve this, a general documentary review of the coffee sector in the department of Meta was carried out, along with 41 surveys of producers and 3 interviews with supply chain coordinators. The findings were capitalized on quality, innovation and co-innovation between coffee producers and suppliers.eng
