In this work the use of the oil of Moriche is evaluated (Mauritia flexuosa) in a process of Transesterification to obtain a denominated biocarburante Biodiesel, as possible energy solution in the places of the region of the Orinoquia that it doesn’t have access to the electric power service. They were characterized physical-chemically so much the oil like the metilester (biocarburante) of Moriche, and the results were compared with the palm ester (Elais guineensis) and with the biodiesel commercial type (methylic ester of colza oil). The extraction of the moriche oil was obtained percentages of 0.8%, 1.55 to 1.70% and of 3.01 at 3.7 respectively when the calculation bases were the total weight of the fruit, the weight of the pulp or the “chicha” weight (it oils extracted of the one pressed of the shell and the pulp). The results of the physical tests of the moriche metilester were: volatility 510ppm, densidad 0.586 (a 24ºC) and cloud point 4ºC.The analysis of the morichal like strategic system and energy solution can satisfy necessities basic giving biomass for energy feeding to the power to obtain a fuel starting from its biomass, helping to maintain the ecological balances in the region, represented in the conversation of the sources of water and habitat for the local fauna. The transesterification team designed in this work showed its functionality to produce small quantities of biodiesel, (40 liters for cochada), in an easy and sure way. the team was built starting from some recycled materials, of easy attainment and the transesterification you can carry out in a single recipient, achieving a total system that non needs a great infrastructure.Another of the results of this project went the demonstrative activities to the community, carried out with the colza biodiesel by means of those which gives to know to the agricultural sector the possibility to use the biodiesel like substitute of the ACPM.Key words: moriche, biodiesel, biocarburante, transesterification. The sweet water clam as well as the other bivalve has the capacity to incorporate to its soft tissues important quantities of metallic elements present in the environment without at the beginning its metabolism is affected. This process is called bioaccumulation. This fact transform to the bivalve in a good group of bioindicators and its purpose is to establish the contamination grade in the rounding environment, the present studio describes the sweet water clams growth and mortality in sunk cages in a fish pond dedicated to fatten the red tilapia, oreochromis sp. The adult specimens of anodontites sp, were brought from Meta River in Mayaral region, collected during December, January and February taking advantage of the lowest levels of the river, respectively and locating the clams in the riverside, old mothers and lagoons. They were transported in open containers without necessity of air providing during three hours, then they remained in storage in a cement tank with permanent water replacement.Under the conditions already described, the clams reached up to 96.15gr which presented increments averages in 153 days of cultivation 0.213gm/day in weight, 0.008cm/day of longitude 0.007cm/day on wide and 0.002cm/day of high. The previous information supposes cultivation with good possibilities in the biomass production, been better if it possible to dedicate for its cultivation areas used in disposition of residuals areas, oxidation lagoons, drainage channels etc. During the experiment was evident the need to keep the clams in limo funds and with high primary production water (phytoplankton). Due to being filter organisms they do not require of prepared food since they obtain it from plankton, silts, and suspended substances in the water. Given the capacity of filtration, is considered the clams have the capacity to renovate the water of the ponds where they are cultivated improving the conditions consequently for the growth of other species (fish).Publicación Sólo datos AGENTES MITOGÉNICOS PARA CULTIVOS DE LINFOCITOS EN QUELONIOS(Universidad de los Llanos, 2003-01-01) RODRÍGUEZ, P.A; ORTIZ M, L; BUENO M, LResumen: La citogenética es una herramienta básica para el conocimiento genético de especies en peligro de extinción, ya que permite realizar un estudio profundo de los elementos cromosómicos. The aim of this review is to depth in the knowledge of the chemical composition, mechanisms of action, effects and possible consequences of the glyphosate (GP) (N-Phosphonomethylglycine) sprayed in biological systems, with emphasis in aquatic systems, starting from that in Colombia the herbicides use for the eradication of illicit crops must consider the habitats and to forecast the prevalence of the desirable conditions to the future. Glyphosate (GP) is a characterized agrochemical to be an acid compound, toxicity class II, according to U.S. EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency) classification moderately toxic, which is used as broad spectrum, non-selective systemic herbicide, mostly used as isopropyl amine salt. In addition, it presents results of the use products containing glyphosate, such as Roundup®, which are acutely more toxic than the glyphosate alone, as well as an analysis about to improve the efficacy of the herbicide treatment the sprayed mixtures contain inert ingredients, such as surfactants (e. g. POEA), solvents and emulsificants; which are often highly toxic chemicals that can be more dangerous than active ingredient. In aquatic systems, GP alone is lower toxic than commercial presentations such as Roundup®, this differences can be explained by the surfactant’s toxicity in the Roundup®. It is 20-70 fold more toxic for fishes than GP itself.Acute toxicities widely vary: lethal concentration 50 (LC50) had been reported between 10-200ppm depend of fish specie and the test conditions. Acute toxicities are in a range between 2-55ppm; being LC50 reported for carps between 15-26mg/L.KEY WORDS: glyphosate, surfactants, Roundup®, Cosmo-flux 411f, herbicide, toxicity. Palabras claves: Brycon siebenthalae, yamú, hematología, química sanguínea.ABSTRACT: The sanguine studies on species of native fish of Colombia are scarce, with utility for the understanding of their physiology. In this work the variable hematológicas and the values of sanguine chemistry are compared in cultivated fingerlings, juvenile and reproducers. A sanguine sample obtained by punction of theve in flow was centrifuged and the plasm used for the chemical tests by colorimetric methods and Reflotrón®. The hematocrite determined by microhematocrite, the haemoglobin for espectrofotometric. The erythrocytes recount and leukocytes with differential tints in camera of Neubauer and extended. The hematocrite oscillated between 42,4-45% and the recount of leukocytes among 5,9-4,4 103/mm3, without significant differences among ages. They were not differences in the erythrocytes recount among fingers and juvenile but yes between these and adults. There were differences between fingers and the other two groups in the hemoglobin and trombocytes recount, lymphocytes, neutrophyles and eosinophyles. The quantity of monocytes varies among the three groups. The above-mentioned indicates, in a general way, the influence of the age in the indicative hematologic of the species. Of the comparison of the hemogram and the leucogram the similarity of the species is deduced with other brycónidos. Calls the attention the high lymphocytes values and trombocytes in alevins, what could suggest answers of the immune system of diverse origin. The total proteins (up to 10,1±4,0gr/dL), glucose (up to 147,6±34,2mg/dL), cholesterol (up to 365,9± 75,2mg/dL) and triglycerides (up to 343, 7±62,6) they were inside the margins reported for fish of fresh water, especially in the mature specimens, but with important differences among ages. Given the capacity of filtration, is considered the clams have the capacity to renovate the water of the ponds where they are cultivated improving the conditions consequently for the growth of other species (fish).
