dc.description.abstract | El presente estudio tuvo por objeto determinar el efecto de la suplementación de fitasa sobre la digestibilidad del fósforo y proteína del gluten de maíz (GM), harina de trigo (TD) y soya cruda (SC). Para estimar los coeficientes de digestibilidad aparente se utilizó el método indirecto con marcador de óxido de cromo, recolectando las heces por el sistema Guelph modificado. Se seleccionaron juveniles de Tilapia roja (Oreochromis sp.) con un peso promedio de 100 gr. Las dietas estaban constituidas por dieta referencia (DR) (69.5%), 0.5% de marcador inerte (óxido de cromo), el ingrediente a evaluar (30%) y se suplemento con fitasa (0.0 UDF, 500UDF o 1000UDF). El coeficiente de digestibilidad aparente (CDA) de la proteína obtenido sin inclusión de fitasa fue GM = 94.7%, TD = 84.5% y SC = 90.3%; con inclusión de 500UDF fue GM = 95.1%, TD = 84.1% y SC = 89.3%; y con 1000UDF GM = 97.6%, TD = 90.8% y SC = 92.9%. En cuanto a CDA del fósforo los resultados para GM se encontraron entre 30.7% y 69.8%, para TD entre 46.6% y 51.1% y para SC entre 44.0% y 54.7%. Los CDA de la proteína y fósforo de la soya cruda y del trigo duro no fueron afectados significativamente por el nivel de adición de la fitasa (P>0.05); sin embargo los CDA de la proteína y el fósforo fueron mayores cuando se adiciono 1000 UDF. Los CDA de la proteína del gluten de maíz mostraron diferencias significativas entre la dieta de 0 UDF de fitasa y la que tenía 1000 UDF (p<0.05) y para el CDA del fósforo las diferencias se presentaron entre 500 UDF y 1000UDF. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to assess the effect of phytase supplementation on digestibility of phosphorus and protein of corn gluten (GM) wheat flour (TD) and whole soybean (SC). To estimate the coefficients used the indirect method with chromic oxide marker, collecting the faeces through the Guelph system changed. Red tilapia (Oreochromis sp.) juveniles selected was selected with an average weight of 100 gr. The diets were constituted by reference diet (DR) (69.5%), 0.5% inert marker (chromic oxide), the ingredient to evaluate (30%) and were supplemented with phytase (0 UDF, 500UDF or 1000UDF). The apparent digestibility coefficient (CDA) of protein obtained for the inclusion of 0UDF was: GM = 94.7%, TD = 84.5% and SC = 90.3%; for 500UDF was: GM = 95.1% TD =84.1% and SC = 89.3% and for 1000UDF were: GM = 97.6%, TD = 90.8% and SC = 92.9%. As CDA match results for GM were between 30.7% and 69.8% for TD from 46.6% and 51.1% and for SC between 44.0% and 54.7%. The ADC of protein and phosphorus in soybeans and durum wheat were not significantly affected by the level of addition of phytase (P> 0.05), but CDAs of protein and phosphorus were higher when adding UDF 1000. The CDA of the protein of corn gluten showed significant differences between dietary phytase 0 UDF and 1000 UDF (p<0.05) and the CDA of phosphorus differences arose between 500 UDF and 1000UDF. | eng |
