    Un Algoritmo Evolutivo para la Solución de Problemas en Marketing

    This work of investigation is to develop a solution to three problems in the work area of marketing that are modeled by combinatorial optimization. Through the development of a framework and building a toolbox in Matlab, implementing the meta-heuristic EPSO "Evolutionary Swarm Optimization particles." The TDPs is to determine a division of a set of units located in a territory that meets multiple criteria such as compactness, connectivity and balance in terms of customer and product demand. The PLDP consist in determine the specific attribute levels for each multiattribute product in a set of products to maximize the resulting product line’s share of choice, and the VRPSPD resolve problem the determine the vehicle fleet for minimize the sum of travel time with the restriction the vehicle must have enough capacity for transporting the commodities to the delivered and those ones picked-up customers and returning depot. All problems constituting an important support that should not be ignored by those responsible for the activities related to the commercial area as it becomes a tactical decision for the company.

    Un Análisis de la Brecha Salarial por Género: Caso Aplicado a una Empresa de Manufactura en Escobedo, México

    This article presents a characterization of the employees of a manufacturing company located in the municipality of Escobedo in the state of Nuevo León, Mexico, with data of an uprising of 114 workers in the first quarter of the year 2019, an analysis of variance is effected (ANOVA) of the characteristics of the individuals. The results show that there is a difference between the income that women receive with respect to men, and this is largely due to the levels of schooling and positions they occupy within the company.

    Introduction: High cost diseases have become today a determinant and indicator of durability, quality and provision of health services in the health promoters (Eps) of the city of Bucaramanga. Added to this, the high cost has been growing in this city in an uncontrolled way, because people are not following conditions of healthy living habits and efficient health controls, which are recommended according to their health scheme, clinical picture and health factors. health identified. All this negatively affects the provision of health services, since it causes a higher administrative cost that entails the protection and provision with quality of health schemes to combat the mitigation of factors and the same high-cost illness. Objective: to analyze the financial and health risk of high cost diseases in an eps of the city of Bucaramanga in 2018. Methodology: a descriptive, cross-sectional, prospective study with a quantitative approach. Conclusions High cost diseases place the eps of the city of Bucaramanga at financial and administrative risk due to the high cost that must be had to mitigate them and improve the quality of life of users.

    Análisis del Sistema de Compensación de las Microempresas Ubicadas en la Carrera 17 Entre Calles 35 y 39 de los Barrios Santa Helena y Madrigal de la Ciudad de Villavicencio

    The following study was performed in order to investigate and learn as compensation systems used in micro sector between 35 and 39 streets in the neighborhoods of St. Helena and Madrigal Villavicencio are composed, since over the past years there has been a considerable increase in business establishments in this sector. According to statistics provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Villavicencio (2010), in 2010 the largest number of commercial companies of the last three years, was established in the city, registering 632 new companies. Given the theoretical foundation of the basic components of a compensation system, we proceeded to design an instrument taking into account the components of the theory, in order to be able to establish the analysis. The instrument chosen was a survey segmented into two parts where the first population census questions were set and the second where the components are given in set theory. It culminated in the processing of information, getting results and analysis of the components present in the clearing systems used in these enterprises, and compared against the theoretical foundation which provides.

    This article show the result of the investigation project about the identification of accounting practices of cost and the budgets of the productive units in the Villavicencio Commune 8, Ciudad Porfía neighborhood. The study was executed trough of techniques as observation, interviews and surveys that allowed identify and assess the cost management in seventy-three (73) entreprises and evince the main characteristics of the cost management process, planning process, expense budget, control and take decisions. The absence of cost systems, conformation of expenses budget, accounting information analysis in order to take decision result in the close of the establishments. these variables result the factors more comon in these kind of business as well as the informality of their commercial activities and the workers hiring.

    The new economy has transformed the manufacturing and industry by the advent of information technology and communication ICT, which generate production development, productivity, competitiveness and the degree of readiness to promote growth in open systems Villavicencio small businesses, as this generates constant exchange with other surrounding systems through complex interactions. Accordingly we developed a research to know the use of ICT's in Villavicencio, where it was observed that 100% of the organizations surveyed have at least two tools of information and communication for service in relation to the groups of interest, but do not give them the proper use by problems of resistance to change.

    This article is the result of a research, whose main objective was to identify the category of retail distribution channels, according to the added values perceived by consumers of socioeconomic levels 3 and 4 of Suba District in Bogota. It was carried an exploratory qualitative investigation out, with the application of non-probabilistic snowball sampling and data collection instruments through semi-structured interviews and focus groups, which allowed the identification of ​​perceived values by consumers in front of products and services offered by the establishments. The results indicated that values ​​such as quality, location, promotion, offer and service, represent greater importance than the knowledge of the kind of retail establishment visited, so that consumers do not identify a classification of intermediaries and, on the contrary, they consider the mentioned values.

    The phenomenon of informality has been highlighted as one of the factors that affect the labor market in Colombia and the world, not only because of its effect on the economy, but also because of its accelerated growth. The present work is directed to identify the main reasons of permanence of the informal merchants in the streets of the San Isidro neighborhood, where the municipal market square functioned, in the city of Villavicencio, Colombia. The previous thing, has been product of a decade of failures on the part of the institutionality without still the decision on the ordering of this zone is known; generating an inadequate management and disposal of organic waste as well as the invasion of public space. Additionally, it has been shown that temporary solutions such as the eviction of jobs only bring violence in the places where it is carried out. Therefore, the permanence is given in terms of: income level, flexible hours, autonomy, experience and knowledge of the market; adding that formalization is not considered as a viable alternative to trade.

    The work includes the analysis of wage compensation system of Asoasaderos Asaderos Meta Associates , associated entity currently 180 of them to meet the objectives descriptive research was applied on the total population , for which we used data collection instruments through which characterized the broilers and found that the level of education of the employees and managers of these organizations does not meet the technical or college level where informal labor issues is reflected in daily or wage payment , the existence of oral contracts , the frequency with which wages are canceled among other variables. The weaknesses identified are lack of staff education and strengths are geared towards population growth occurring in the region.

    La Competitividad en una Empresa Forestal Comunitaria

    Forest utilization plays a fundamental role for the supply of raw material to the forest industry and the socio-economic development of forest communities, given its natural potential in providing goods and services. There are several studies of forest management, but few on competitiveness of productive chains. The present investigation was carried out in the forest community of Capulalpam de Méndez, Ixtlán, Oaxaca, Mexico and is considered a non-experimental design because the phenomenon was observed as it occurs in its natural context, to later analyze it without manipulating variables The results obtained show that the indicators: Productivity, product quality, profitability and market share, with values ​​of 0.75, 0.75, 0.70 and 0.62 respectively, are the most important indicators that determine the achievement of the company's competitiveness.

    La Comunicación Organizacional en la Gestión Empresarial: Retos y Oportunidades en el Escenario Digital

    The market transformations that have been generated by global phenomena impact the organizational scenario. Organizational communication is one way to adapt to such changes, being a process of interaction, which goal is to achieve value cocreation in all contexts and with different audiences. Organizational communication is a discipline based on the social and management sciences. Due to this, the Classic Schools theories refer to communication from an operational perspective, whose sole purpose is to promote order and productivity. However, organizational communication took other meanings that were endorsed from the Human and Systemic approaches. As a result, organizational communication is a facilitator and promoter of management and competitivity in the organization. From the perspective of an internal component, organizational communication facilitates the management and appropriation of organizational culture through the interaction of employees surrounding the actions of the organization. On the other hand, external communication promotes the reputational wok of the organization towards different audiences: clients, media, associations, industry associations, among others. Currently, organizational communication is facing significant challenges created by Information and Communication Technologies. The dynamics involved imply co-creation and building narratives through the use of digital platforms which objective is to strengthen the relationships with audiences, avoiding the compromise of target and goal achievement by the organization. This article is part of a theory review of a research project called Organizational communication strategies for digital scenarios used by SMEs. in the case of Manizales.

This study is descriptive and correlational, a survey was used to collect the perceptions of all employees if the company. The result of the investigation shows that the employees are satisfied with the internal communication that takes place between the same colleagues as well as with their superiors

    The purpose of this article is to show the result of the diagnosis of the use of the Technological Tools (TH) for the management and support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Xalapa region, Veracruz México, aiming to point out the relevance of this technology since in recent years it has been demonstrated that organizations of all types and sizes require a significant change in the focus of their own management, which requires the incorporation of Information Technologies, the study was conducted based on A sample of companies applying an instrument that collected data on leaders and followers, evaluating how many of them use technological tools and what they contribute to improving their leadership activities, in order to persuade their collaborators by promoting work in equipment to achieve the objectives of the company. Understanding its importance in the organizational environment, the theories of leadership are analyzed identifying their characteristics, attitudes and actions relevant to improving their performance. However, the use of the TH has been little used in such a way that knowledge about leadership is not enough to exercise it, it is necessary to use the technology to improve it.

    The energy for the development and growth of any country plays an important role, while first-hand input to achieve the transformation of goods and services in the world today. Based on the findings in the 1992 Rio Summit the world echoed the need for a significant change in the way of producing energy, which among other factors, has a direct effect on the conservation of the natural environment and with a drag of the quality of life and health of the people. In the current decade has made great advances in the production of energy from clean, renewable sources, with the aim to reduce carbon footprint, the emission of greenhouse gases, in addition to having a schema generation more efficient and less expensive in the long term, giving way to a sustainability over time and a sustainability in the present. For human beings to have access to energy has a direct and indirect in their quality of life, as it is able to re-evaluate the use of natural resources for everyday activities such as lighting, cooking food with firewood, among others. In addition, on the general level people feel more comfortable and at ease, at the same time that their level of resilience grows.
