Through the development of a framework and building a toolbox in Matlab, implementing the meta-heuristic EPSO "Evolutionary Swarm Optimization particles." The TDPs is to determine a division of a set of units located in a territory that meets multiple criteria such as compactness, connectivity and balance in terms of customer and product demand. The PLDP consist in determine the specific attribute levels for each multiattribute product in a set of products to maximize the resulting product line’s share of choice, and the VRPSPD resolve problem the determine the vehicle fleet for minimize the sum of travel time with the restriction the vehicle must have enough capacity for transporting the commodities to the delivered and those ones picked-up customers and returning depot. All problems constituting an important support that should not be ignored by those responsible for the activities related to the commercial area as it becomes a tactical decision for the company.Publicación Sólo datos Alimentación de alevinos de bagre rayado, Pseudoplatystoma metaense (Buitrago-Suárez y Burr 2007): cambio a dieta inerte(Universidad de los Llanos, 2014-09-01) Castañeda- Alvarez, Germán D.; Gutiérrez-Espinosa, Mariana Catalina; Santamaría-Pérez, Fredy R.Para determinar el efecto del cambio de alimento vivo (Artemia salina) hacia alimento inerte, sobre el crecimiento y la sobrevivencia al final de la etapa larval de bagre rayado, Pseudoplatystoma metaense, fueron utilizados 450 alevinos con 20 días de pos-eclosión. Se distribuyeron en 2 tratamientos dentro de un sistema cerrado de recirculación y alimentados por 15 días (1) con pasta de cachama y (2) con pasta de corazón bovino. Se encontraron diferencias estadísticas (p<0.05) entre la pasta de pescado y la de corazón bovino para la ganancia de peso (504.4±365.6Vs 999.8±404.7mg) y ganancia en longitud total (6.7±0.5 Vs 8.1±0.5). Sin embargo, no se determinó diferencia estadística en la sobrevivencia (80.0±3.5% Vs 91.6±7.6%). El tipo de alimento afectó el crecimiento pero no la sobrevivencia. Added to this, the high cost has been growing in this city in an uncontrolled way, because people are not following conditions of healthy living habits and efficient health controls, which are recommended according to their health scheme, clinical picture and health factors. health identified. All this negatively affects the provision of health services, since it causes a higher administrative cost that entails the protection and provision with quality of health schemes to combat the mitigation of factors and the same high-cost illness. Objective: to analyze the financial and health risk of high cost diseases in an eps of the city of Bucaramanga in 2018. Methodology: a descriptive, cross-sectional, prospective study with a quantitative approach. According to statistics provided by the Chamber of Commerce of Villavicencio (2010), in 2010 the largest number of commercial companies of the last three years, was established in the city, registering 632 new companies. Given the theoretical foundation of the basic components of a compensation system, we proceeded to design an instrument taking into account the components of the theory, in order to be able to establish the analysis. The instrument chosen was a survey segmented into two parts where the first population census questions were set and the second where the components are given in set theory. En este sentido, las implicaciones de la Gestión Administrativa en la Calidad Educativa son áreas que no pueden ser subestimadas. Por consiguiente, es fundamental la eficiente asignación de recursos que influyen en la infraestructura, la formación docente, las tecnologías educativas y otros componentes esenciales para una educación de excelencia. Ahora bien, el camino hacia una gestión integral y sostenible exige un compromiso constante con la excelencia educativa. It was carried an exploratory qualitative investigation out, with the application of non-probabilistic snowball sampling and data collection instruments through semi-structured interviews and focus groups, which allowed the identification of perceived values by consumers in front of products and services offered by the establishments. The results indicated that values such as quality, location, promotion, offer and service, represent greater importance than the knowledge of the kind of retail establishment visited, so that consumers do not identify a classification of intermediaries and, on the contrary, they consider the mentioned values.Publicación Acceso abierto Comercio Informal en el Espacio Público del Barrio San Isidro en Villavicencio, Meta Colombia. The present work is directed to identify the main reasons of permanence of the informal merchants in the streets of the San Isidro neighborhood, where the municipal market square functioned, in the city of Villavicencio, Colombia. The previous thing, has been product of a decade of failures on the part of the institutionality without still the decision on the ordering of this zone is known; generating an inadequate management and disposal of organic waste as well as the invasion of public space. Additionally, it has been shown that temporary solutions such as the eviction of jobs only bring violence in the places where it is carried out. Sumado a lo anterior, el esfuerzo que debe realizar el Estado como actor de inversión y que puede crear un entorno sustentable para el desarrollo con el apoyo del mismo sector privado y la academia, como lo define la teoría de la competitividad sistémica. La Unión Europea presenta un escenario atractivo para los productos del Departamento, pero debe tener en cuenta aspectos culturales de consumo, idiomáticos, de normas de entrada y distribución logística que permita ser competitivo en este mercado. También es importante tener en cuenta la economía europea atraviesa por una situación difícil catalogada de recesión, lo que establece un escenario de mayor riesgo para el comercio. Existen diversos estudios del manejo forestal, pero, pocos sobre competitividad de las cadenas productivas. La presente investigación se llevó a cabo en la comunidad forestal de Capulalpam de Méndez, Ixtlán, Oaxaca, México y se considera un diseño no experimental debido a que se observó el fenómeno tal y como se da en su contexto natural, para posteriormente analizarlo sin manipular variables. There are several studies of forest management, but few on competitiveness of productive chains. The present investigation was carried out in the forest community of Capulalpam de Méndez, Ixtlán, Oaxaca, Mexico and is considered a non-experimental design because the phenomenon was observed as it occurs in its natural context, to later analyze it without manipulating variables The results obtained show that the indicators: Productivity, product quality, profitability and market share, with values of 0.75, 0.75, 0.70 and 0.62 respectively, are the most important indicators that determine the achievement of the company's competitiveness.Publicación Acceso abierto La Comunicación Organizacional en la Gestión Empresarial: Retos y Oportunidades en el Escenario Digital(Revista GEON (Gestión, Organizaciones Y Negocios), 2020-01-20) Pineda Henao, Alejandra EugeniaThe market transformations that have been generated by global phenomena impact the organizational scenario. Organizational communication is one way to adapt to such changes, being a process of interaction, which goal is to achieve value cocreation in all contexts and with different audiences. Organizational communication is a discipline based on the social and management sciences. Due to this, the Classic Schools theories refer to communication from an operational perspective, whose sole purpose is to promote order and productivity. However, organizational communication took other meanings that were endorsed from the Human and Systemic approaches. As a result, organizational communication is a facilitator and promoter of management and competitivity in the organization. From the perspective of an internal component, organizational communication facilitates the management and appropriation of organizational culture through the interaction of employees surrounding the actions of the organization. On the other hand, external communication promotes the reputational wok of the organization towards different audiences: clients, media, associations, industry associations, among others. Currently, organizational communication is facing significant challenges created by Information and Communication Technologies. The dynamics involved imply co-creation and building narratives through the use of digital platforms which objective is to strengthen the relationships with audiences, avoiding the compromise of target and goal achievement by the organization. This article is part of a theory review of a research project called Organizational communication strategies for digital scenarios used by SMEs. in the case of Manizales.
