    The global business demands, implicitly raise terms such as business competitiveness, decision making and ability to manage innovative business projects. This opens a range of possibilities to work in areas of competence from the training of administrators. The Tunning Project in Latin America (TAL) (2007) is a determining reference for the development of this research. Although, one of the objectives of the TAL project has been to promote at the Latin American scale, lines of convergence in twelve thematic areas, such as; Business Administration, Education, Architecture, among others. It is in the first thematic area that the present investigation was addressed. Being a plot in the Bachelor of Business Administration of the School of Management of the BUAP. Meanwhile, the methodological framework is qualitative, although it is not ruled out that, for the analysis of the results obtained, this research has been based on numerical and graphic data. Additionally, the structured interview technique was applied, considering as a basis the basic instrument a questionnaire, per se, of the project

    Diagnóstico del Uso de Herramientas Tecnológicas para la Gestión y Apoyo del Liderazgo en las PYMES

    The purpose of this article is to show the result of the diagnosis of the use of the Technological Tools (TH) for the management and support of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the Xalapa region, Veracruz México, aiming to point out the relevance of this technology since in recent years it has been demonstrated that organizations of all types and sizes require a significant change in the focus of their own management, which requires the incorporation of Information Technologies, the study was conducted based on A sample of companies applying an instrument that collected data on leaders and followers, evaluating how many of them use technological tools and what they contribute to improving their leadership activities, in order to persuade their collaborators by promoting work in equipment to achieve the objectives of the company. Understanding its importance in the organizational environment, the theories of leadership are analyzed identifying their characteristics, attitudes and actions relevant to improving their performance. However, the use of the TH has been little used in such a way that knowledge about leadership is not enough to exercise it, it is necessary to use the technology to improve it.

    Estudio de Caso para el Desarrollo e Implementación de un Sistema de la Gestión Ambiental

    Environmental management has gained greater importance in the business environment in the last two decades. This is a result of the rise of new trade schemes arising from the growing globalization social, cultural and economic that has occurred through the markets opening prompted by many free trade agreements. The competitive environment has evolved into a much more difficult scenario. Is in this scenario, which the companies are increasingly aware of their social role and the contributions they should make with a view to achieving higher levels of economic integration, development, and growth. In this particular field has been studied the case of supermarket El Nazareno, located in Las Matas de Farfán, in the south of the Dominican Republic, whose environmental management has been the object of observation and produced results of great value and common interest. The goal of this study was to determine necessary adjustments to develop and implement an indicators based system to measure environmental management.

    In this research we analyze the role of academic observatories for the internationalization of higher education, seeking to strengthen the linkage, interaction and integration of the various Latin American universities, both public and private, in order to manage the negotiation of education in the internationalization. The decision-making of educational institutions is supported by the analysis of updated information, clear and precise, these decisions promote the adaptation of new models of education crediting them in an international context, with the intention of qualifying the improvement of quality in the education and potentiate the development of the international, national and local economy to promote and promote the academic development of education, UNESCO works to create favorable conditions for collaboration between different societies, avoiding the disparity between the different countries
