Objetivo: Analizar las dinámicas familiares en los estudiantes del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje (SENA) durante la pandemia en la ciudad de Villavicencio. Materiales y métodos: Investigación con enfoque cualitativo de tipo narrativo con la técnica de observación participante; se utilizó como instrumentos la entrevista semiestructurada, diario de campo, encuesta sociodemográfica, ecomapa y genograma. Resultados: Familia extensa con un nivel educativo tecnológico. Emergen las siguientes categorías:  Ajustes en la familia, convivencia en la familia, red de apoyo en la familia y comunicación afectiva, las cuales hacen partes de las dinámicas familiares. Conclusiones: La pandemia generó cambios importantes en la organización familiar, lo que llevo a procesos de adaptación a nivel educativo, laboral y familiar; esto a su vez contribuyó a desarrollar factores protectores, fortalecer lazos afectivos, integrar el dialogo como estrategia en la comunicación y buscar el bienestar de todos sus miembros.Introduction: The pandemic affected families in the first instance; whose system is the fundamental basis of society and it is there where family dynamics develop.
