Se aplicó una encuesta sobre las causas y efectos de la violencia a 400 aficionados que acuden a los estadios de fútbol y que son mayores de 18 años. Los resultados muestran que entre las causas que origina la violencia están el adopter conductas negativas de otros países por parte de grupos específicos de animación llamados barras y la venta de alcohol. Por otro lado, los actos de violencia en los estadios de fútbol en México están siendo más frecuentes, que no se están tomando las medidas preventivas para prevenirla y han dejado de asistir algún partido por temor a posibles actos violentos, que las barras deben de prohibirse y que los aficionados que incurran en actos violentos deben prohibirse la entrada a los estadios y de ser necesario castigarlos con cárcel.A study is presented on the causes and effects of the violence experienced by fans who go to soccer stadiums in Mexico, since in the In recent years there has been a significant increase that affects the coexistence and enjoyment of society. A survey was applied on the causes and effects of violence to 400 fans who come to the stadiums of football and that they are over 18 years old. The results show that among the causes that originate violence are adopting negative behaviors of other countries by specific animation groups called bars and the sale of alcohol.
