A partir del diálogo con los materiales de la práctica situada de acompañamiento, asistencia y orientación psicológica, se analizan algunas situaciones desde las posibilidades y límites con que nos encontramos cuando iniciamos el ejercicio profesional. Enfocando la discusión entre los bagajes teóricos y las prácticas concretas, este artículo pretende aportar a la reflexión la potencialidad del análisis de la implicación como un proceso clave en la construcción de tu rol en el campo.The present work exposes some experiences of the work in psychology within the framework of the construction of the professional role in sports environments. From the dialogue with the materials of the situated practice of accompaniment, assistance and psychological orientation, some situations are analyzed from the possibilities and limits that we find when we start the professional exercise.
