dc.description.abstractLa Orientación al Mercado OM9 supone la mezcla de dos aspectos organizacionales: lo funcional y lo estratégico, bajo dos dimensiones que la tipifican; una de carácter cognitivo que presenta una dicotomía entre la filosofía/cultura de negocio de un lado, y el conocimiento/inteligencia, del otro. La dimensión conductual se divide en una perspectiva basada en procesos y basada en la función/acción como misión de la OM10, estos procesos requieren continuos esfuerzos de innovación en las estrategias de marketing en las empresas. La investigación se realizo bajo enfoque cualitativo en expresión de teoría fundada que implica la búsqueda de modelos teóricos que den cuenta de la problemática experimentada por las empresas, tendrá un carácter comprensivo del fenómeno a estudiar y no explicativo de posibles relaciones de causa-efecto. apoyándose en la inducción como método de análisis de las diferentes piezas de información recopiladas y no en la deducción hipotético-factorial.  spa
dc.description.abstractThe OM Market Orientation involves mixing two organizational aspects : the functional and strategic in two dimensions that typify , a cognitive character a dichotomy between philosophy / business culture aside , and knowledge / intelligence the other. The behavioral dimension is divided into a process-based perspective and based on the function / action as a mission of the OM , these processes require continuous innovation efforts in the marketing strategies of companies. The research was carried out under qualitative approach of grounded theory expression that involves the pursuit of theoretical models that account for the problems experienced by companies have a comprehensive character of the phenomenon to be studied and possible explanatory cause-effect relationships . relying on the induction and analysis method of the different pieces of information collected and the deduction hypothetical- factorial .eng
