| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo presenta los avances y desarrollos investigativos acerca de la experiencia formativa en la formación inicial de maestros desde la práctica docente del “Área de Educación Física, Recreación y Deportes” −Ley 115 de 1994, promulgada por el Ministerio de Educación Nacional Colombiano−. Para recoger la información se hizo una revisión documental a través del análisis de contenido. El instrumento usado fue un ficha bibliográfica la cual incluyó elementos tales como: Objetivos, referentes conceptuales, metodología, técnicas e instrumentos, hallazgos, literatura consultada. Los resultados describen en un primer momento las bases conceptuales y epistemológicas sobre la experiencia en la formación inicial de maestros; en un segundo momento explicita los posibles elementos que caracterizan la experiencia como formativa. Estos resultados sugieren que la experiencia formativa es un concepto poco explorado, además las investigaciones que referencian el concepto, centran su interés desde la institucionalidad y no desde las necesidades y expectativas de los estudiantes. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This article presents the advances and research developments about the formative experience in the initial training of teachers from practicum of the Area study of Physical Education, Recreation and Sports −Law 115 of 1994 enacted by Education Ministry in Colombia−. To collect the information was done a document review through of content analysis. The instrument used was a data catala that which included elements such as: objectives, conceptual references methodology, techniques and instruments, findings, literature consulted. The results describe at first moment the conceptual and epistemological bases about the experience in teacher training; in the second part specifies the possible elements that characterize the experience as formative. These results suggest that the formative experience is an unexplored concept, besides support research that reference the concept focus on their interest from institutional and did not from the needs and expectations of the students. | eng |
