Resumen en inglés
Climate change impacts on agriculture generate temperature being one of the factors influencing the development of crops like rice. High and low temperatures above and below the critical limits affect rice yields and impinging on tillering, spikelets formation and maturation. State more sensitive to high temperatures flowering development is followed by step "booting stage". The high temperature in the case of rice, induces a lower weight and poor grain quality, also increasing the sterility. Furthermore, high temperatures increase the rate of respiration causing the depletion of the saccharide and causing shortening of grain filling phase. In the present study two materials of japonica subspecies were subjected to high temperatures in a chamber of plant germination in the flowering stage, in different stages of panicle emergence (start and half) for 2 and 4 hours for 5 days. The temperature was the most influential in the two materials japonica subspecies factor determined as optimum temperature 35°C and 41°C critical temperature where the greatest vaneamiento and lower grain weight and percentage of filled grains was obtained. Different behavior between japónicos materials was obtained when the interactions of panicle emergency and hours of exposure were evaluated, being PV 36 which showed significant differences in these factors were evaluated.
